Abigail Grubb
Abigail Grubb (she/they) is a multi-cultural Director, Choreographer, Arts Administrator, Producer, and Herbalist born in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains and currently based in the Bronx on the unceded lands of the Lenape Nation. From stage to film, her work has spanned many forms. Most recently, they served as the Assistant Director on the award-winning off-broadway production of Little Girl Blue. A few favorite credits include The Waiting by EmmaLee Kidwell and Maria Isabella Andreoli, La Egoista by Erlina Ortiz, Saudades by Fernando Segall, Change The Story: a Concert Celebrating the Artists of Live & In Color hosted by BD Wong, and Last Night At The Arcade by Kay Ellen Bullard. In addition to their work as a director, they are also on staff as the Development Manager and a Line Producer at Musical Theatre Factory, where they produce the monthly People of Color Roundtable. They also serve as an Artistic Associate at Live & In Color, where they co-founded and serve as the Project Director for the June Bingham New Playwright Commission.
